Why People Need a Health and Wellness Coach
Most people already know roughly what they should be eating and how much they ought to be moving. Knowing it changes nothing on its own. Without structure, guidance and someone holding them to account, old habits win every time. That is the space a health and wellness coach works in, and it is why demand for qualified wellness professionals keeps growing.
Our health and wellness coach course gives you the knowledge and the practical skills to guide clients through lasting behaviour change, then build a coaching business around it.

What You Learn on the Course
This is a comprehensive course built on decades of clinical practice, not a repackaged weekend certification. You begin with how the body works, because nobody can give sound advice on nutrition, fitness or stress management without understanding the physical systems underneath.
From there you develop the coaching skills that sit at the heart of the profession. You learn to take a case, set health and wellness goals a person can realistically reach, and apply coaching techniques that keep clients moving when motivation dips. You also learn to spot warning signs and refer on when something falls outside your remit.
The final module covers business, marketing and promotion, so you graduate knowing how to attract coaching clients, build trust, price your services and sidestep the mistakes that sink new practices.

Why Study Health and Wellness Coaching With Us
Anyone can call themselves a life coach or a career coach. Health coaching asks more of you, because you are working with a person’s physical health as well as their mindset. Your certification needs to reflect that.
CNM was established in 1998 and now teaches students from over 120 countries. Our lecturers run their own practices and bring live case material into every module. You practise coaching on real people under supervision long before you see a paying client, which is where genuine confidence comes from.
Over 80% of our graduates go on to practise. That figure is the result of the business module, not an accident.
Where the Qualification Takes You
Graduates coach one to one, run group wellness programs, work inside corporate teams, deliver workshops, write, speak and practise alongside GPs and natural therapists. Some build online practices serving clients across several countries. Others coach a handful of people locally around family commitments.
You decide the shape of it. The training equips you either way.
