Transformed my health and healed my body

Megan Al Ghailani – Health Coach Graduate

Through the knowledge I gained on the Health Coach course, I was able to heal my body and dramatically improve my health.

What did you do before studying at CNM?

Before studying to become a Health Coach I felt quite lost. I grew up believing, as most young people do, that after attending university everything will simply fall into place and I would magically know what to do with my life. This is one of the biggest lies we are told.

What made you want to become a Health Coach?

In the months after completing my 1000 mile run across the UK, I struggled with several different health issues such as fatigue, vitamin deficiencies and low iron levels. After attending my local GP and receiving no guidance or advice, I took my health into my own hands and starting making small dietary and lifestyle changes. I came across the Health Coach diploma in an email from Women’s Running Magazine and the course fascinated me straight away.

How has studying the Health Coach diploma changed your life?

Studying the Health Coach Diploma has given me a much deeper knowledge and understanding of how the body works and the role of nutrition in our everyday lives and quality of life.

What are you doing now that you are qualified?

Now that I’m qualified, I am working with individuals and corporate clients, helping them understand their bodies and rebuild their health.

What do you love about being a Health Coach?

I love the continued learning. There is always something to learn and it never stops.
