Emily Braybrooke – Health Coach
What date did you graduate?
What did you do before studying at CNM?
Before qualifying as a Health Coach I worked solely at a fast-paced PR and Social Media agency as a brand and social media strategist
What made you want to become a Health Coach?
Having fallen into a career in Marketing and PR, I soon came to realise that I wanted to do something that was more reflective of my passions – which lies with health and wellbeing, and helping people. I wanted to become a Health Coach to help people to live healthier, happier, more balanced lives and make a difference.
I’ve been on my own health and wellbeing journey so know first hand how important it is.
What attracted you to CNM’s Health Coach course?
The CNM course is extremely thorough – both in terms of course content and the level of support received throughout.
What did you enjoy most about the course?
Being able to practice taking cases was exciting and gave us such a flavour of what was to come once we qualified.
How has studying the Health Coach diploma changed your life?
I finally feel as though I am doing something I am meant to do. I’m working in a career that gives me a purpose.
What you are doing now that you are qualified?
Although still working in PR and Social, I am also working hard to get my coaching business up and running and looking to move abroad, coaching online.
What do you love about being a Health Coach?
Helping people! And the fact there’s always more to learn.
