The Marketing Manager must be highly productive and skilled in developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns to promote our college and its courses. The Marketing & PR Manager needs to be strategic, proactive and have a proven track record in sales and marketing. Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for driving all marketing activities for CNM courses in Ireland across Dublin, Cork and Galway.
  • Identify and execute against key opportunities to drive awareness (getting more and more people know CNM and what we offer), acquisition (getting new enquiries and leads), drive engagement (with the industry, influencers and opinion leaders)
  • Create advertising and build public relations programs necessary to attract the targeted sources of business
  • Lead and grow market share which will be measured by no. of leads generated
  • Keep abreast of market trends and respond as needed
  • Manage business presence and content across all communication channels
  • Manage SEO, Social Media, partnerships and other advertising opportunities
  • Establish goals and monitor performance to meet targets

The candidate

You will be in charge of advising potential Russian students on the best CNM online study program for them. You will be provided with leads coming from calls and emails through our website and other promotional activities. Your job is to follow up on these inquiries by calling the prospect and convert these leads into sales. We are looking for a person with experience in sales, who has good communication skills, is self-confident, driven to achieve targets and who speaks Russian.

The role and responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Oversee the growth of the US and Canadian market in terms of enquiries and resulting enrolments.
  • Promote the following courses in the US and Canada: Nutrition, Health Coach, Natural Chief, Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture.
  • Utilise our global network of students, graduates, and contacts to establish our brand in the US and Canada
  • Source PR opportunities and advertising in target territories
  • Gain and secure appropriate Business to Business (B2B) contacts that could support us in promoting the course
  • Support and represent CNM at relevant events, exhibitions and seminars as appropriate

We are looking for an all-round, highly proactive and creative Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing. You will play an important role in promoting the CNM brand across all marketing channels.

You will help our team to build brand awareness in international markets and support CNM’s reputation as the top training provider in its niche.

Core responsibilities:

The role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Business Development in Italy. Partnerships:

  • Find and fully manage partnerships, prepare visuals and write copy for cross-promotional campaigns.

2. Influencers:

  • Monitoring the performance, adjusting campaigns to optimise its performance.
  • Reporting the results of the campaigns weekly.
  • Liaising with the Accounts and key stakeholders for invoices, payments and budget approval.

3. Social Media Management:

We are looking for an Web Support who will be responsible for various activities and responsibilities in Moodle administration and IT Support for students and internal staff. You will join our team at our administrative office in East Grinstead, West Sussex, in a full-time capacity.

Some of the duties include:

  • Providing technical support to users within agreed timelines
  • ·Using Freshdesk ticketing system to record support queries with set SLA’s.
  • Participate in IT projects work, working with milestones, deadlines, and targets.
  • Problem-solving, researching and assisting to procure new solutions/systems.

Experience and knowledge required:

  • Basic Development: HTML, CSS, WordPress, WooCommerce
