What did you do before studying at CNM?
I work full time for a large Airline alongside a Health & Mindset Coaching business.
What made you want to become a Health Coach?
For me, it was going on my own health journey and I really transformed my mind and body. I fell in love with health and nutrition and it inspired me to follow my passion and help other women transform their health and wellbeing. Also, Health Coaching isn’t just about movement and nutrition. It’s about looking at all aspects of life, and helping them create a healthy sustainable lifestyle they love.
What attracted you to CNM’s Health Coach course?
The fact it wasn’t just around nutrition and movement. It was an over all package learning all about how the body works, nutrition, movement, mindset, coaching styles, different health conditions and it also included a business module which was fantastic if you’re wanting to set up a private practice.
What did you enjoy most about the course?
Learning about a naturopathic approach to health and wellness. The recorded lectures were fantastic and made it very easy to understand. I loved the section where we had to focus on a niche of our choice and create materials. I found this really fun and interesting. I also gained a sense of job satisfaction as I got to do real life case studies.
How has studying the Health Coach diploma changed your life?
Not only has it transformed my life, I have gained so much knowledge and coaching techniques to help others change their lifestyle for the better. It’s allowed me to start my own business, helped me figure out my niche with ease and helped me develop the confidence to deliver a high quality coaching service.
What are you doing now that you are qualified?
I have launched my health and mindset coaching business for women, focusing on gut health and the mind body connection. I help women overcome their limiting beliefs around health and confidence, focus on gut health to help prevent future illnesses and help them unlock their true potential.
What do you love about being a Health Coach?
I love being able to support other women through their journey, heal their relationship with themselves and help them unlock their true potential. By focusing on each individual and creating a bespoke plan accustomed to their goals, it’s so beautiful to see the results and the confidence that grows within them knowing they can and have achieved their health and wellness goals.
