I lived in London but studied remotely during COVID. I’m now based in Manchester.

March 2020
What did you do before studying at CNM?
I still work as a freelance TV producer alongside health coaching.
What made you want to become a Health Coach?
Working with a holistic practitioner transformed my life and saved my career. I realised the potential of natural medicine and developed a passion to empower others with the same knowledge.
What attracted you to CNM’s Health Coach course?
I chose the Health Coach course due to the great reputation of CNM and variety of modules on the course, including business and coaching. It was important to me that the course I chose took health and safety seriously. The inclusion of ‘red flags’ and knowing when to refer onwards was reassuring.
What did you enjoy most about the course?
“How the Body Works” was a fascinating module, it’s great to understand why certain natural approaches work. For me this has been instrumental in making lifestyle changes.
How has studying the Health Coach diploma changed your life?
Studying the Health Coach diploma has given me the ability to work in a field I’m passionate about on my own terms. It’s allowed me the flexibility to work part-time and care for my baby without relying on full-time nursery.
What are you doing now that you are qualified?
I’ve set up a business health coaching working professionals, with a focus on clients working in the media, due to my background.
What do you love about being a Health Coach?
I love being able to offer clients the tools to transform their lives for the better.
